Just Archon Advisors is an Accounts and Finance services firm based in Mumbai, India since 2011. Our firm operates a shared services center that enables our clients to outsource their accounts and finance functions to us in Mumbai, India. Our team has rich experience in managing end to end accounting processes right from daily accounts writing to full-fledged Management reporting.
Furthermore, Interim and year-end accounts finalization and financial statement analysis is our forte.
We understand the nuances of running a small/ medium business(s) and have assisted many such enterprises by taking over their burden of bookkeeping and reporting.

Viral Jain
A fellow member of ICAI, Viral is the cofounder of Just Archon with a decade of experience in the profession. He has an excellent academic track record including 12th Rank in CA examination and is a Member of the CFA Institute, USA. He has extensive knowledge of the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and Corporate Laws.
Aman Jain
A qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience, Aman is the co-founder of Just Archon. He specialises in the fields of Indirect Taxes, Audits & Assurance, and Business Consulting. He is on the Board for various SMEs as their CFO. Also, Aman is a guest faculty with many professional institutes.
Darsh Doshi
Darsh is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in Fund Raising working with companies such as Indostar Capital, Uttam Galva Group, Quest Profin Advisors and others. In these years, he has raised over 3,500 Crores for clients. He specialises in Debt Syndication, Transaction Advisory and Corporate Valuation.
Rishabh Bhandari
Rishabh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been working with us for over 6 years. He is rock solid with numbers and has assisted many large businesses in just archon, handholding them in the areas of finance, processes, internal controls, and business strategy. He specialises in delivering CFO services to our esteemed clients.
Himanshu Thakkar
Himanshu is a Chartered Accountant and has been part of our organization since its inception. He is a powerhouse when it comes to work execution. While he has exposure in all the functional areas of a conventional CA Practice, he has excelled in Indirect tax, be it compliance or litigation. He heads the Indirect Tax wing of our practice.
Kalpesh Mehta
Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of Training and Corporate experience. He is a faculty member of ICAI for conducting lectures for certificate courses on IFRS. He is an eminent trainer of C.A. final students in many subjects. He has also authored an international book on “Understanding IFRS Fundamentals”.
