We offer 2 engagement structures, namely, Full-time equivalent (FTE) and Pay per hour.
Pay per hour
Allows you to pay as you go and is ideal for businesses that have a less or ad-hoc volume of transactions. The service is charged on a consumption basis.
Full time equivalent
It is best suitable for medium and large enterprises seeking out an economical option that assures faster turnaround of deliverables. In this option, the client gets a dedicated resource from our organization.
data Sharing
The data sharing and integration can be done using all modern means such as Cloud/ RDP/ VPN/ FTP. Our organization takes data security very seriously and all measures to ensure the same are in place.
Physical and Policy backed Security
- We adhere to a strict policy of screening of visitors and employees by a security guard.
- At the client’s request, we can ensure that PCs given to the accounts executives have disabled USB and CD ROM drives and restricted to the internet.
- As a standard protocol, we ensure to do thorough background checks of all our employees.
- All our employees have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDA) with stringent data security clauses, punishable under Indian laws including the Information Technology Act,2000 with our organization.
Data and network Security
- Our data is stored on a local Think Server. From there it is backed up on Amazon Web Servers on a day to day basis.
- Our local server and network is protected by firewall and Quick Heal Antivirus
- Access to the server is through 128 bit SSL encryption which ensures transmission security
- Access controls for all levels of employees are in place to ensure restricted access.
